Scelzi is seeking a Graphic Designer for all Scelzi Marketing projects as well as occasionally assist with website edits and updates. Will also assist in tracking project performance relating to Search Engine rankings and other marketing metrics.
Essential Functions

Design and maintain brand identity across all platforms.
Create compelling visual content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
Develop and optimize landing pages for conversion.
Produce social media graphics and promotional materials.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Monitor website performance and user behavior.
Create and optimize meta descriptions and title tags.
Design infographics and data visualizations.
Maintain image libraries and digital assets.
Assist with fulfillment of requests for marketing support items.
Competencies/Qualifications
Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Proficiency using Adobe Premiere.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and brand development.
Experience with website design and content management systems.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
Competent photography and videography skills.

Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment but requires employees to go out to the shop. Includes exposure to sounds and noise level that are distracting or uncomfortable. May require working outdoors in non-controlled environmental conditions.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Requires walking, standing and repetitive movement.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Travel
Travel will be minimal.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent. 3+ years experience in marketing design and digital content creation.
